What is your minimum order size?
There is no minimum order size for self pick up.  Self pick-up is available at our show room by appointment only. 

Do you offer delivery?
Yes. NYC Table Rental offers delivery service.  Delivery fees are based on
location, accessibility, and timing. There is a $300 minimum order for delivery.

What is the delivery charge?
The delivery charge is determined by where you are located.  Standard delivery is based on round trip and includes pick-up.  Please see the below zone map to estimate your delivery charge:

When do you deliver?
It depends on the day and the time of your function.  Please call the office to discuss your specific needs.

Should I place my order in advance and if so how far in advance?
The sooner the better!  We recommend that your order be placed as soon as your event date and number of guests has been confirmed.  Orders are based on product availability.

Do you set up your equipment?
NYC Table Rental will set up and take down all equipment for an additional charge.

Is there a pressing fee for the linens?
All of our Linens are freshly laundered and folded.  If you would also like them pressed, there is a $3.00 fee per linen, $2.00 per overlay or chair cover, $1.00 per runner and $.50 per napkin. 

Do I have to wash the linens before returning?
No. Just shake them out to remove any debris. Linens returned wet will
mildew and will be subject to loss of deposit and/or payment to
replace damaged linen.

Do I have to wash the dishware, glassware, flatware before returning?
No, but scraping and rinsing them free of food and debris is
required. Cleaning charges will apply if the items are not returned in
reasonably sanitary condition.

What is your cancellation policy?
Down payments are non-refundable.  If cancellation occurs more than 5 days prior to your event you will be refunded the remaining balance.  Cancellation of any orders within 5 days of delivery are not permitted.  

How do I order rental equipment?
Please call the office to place an order.

What is the reservation procedure?
To make a party rental reservation, we must receive 50% of the total
due. The remaining balance must be paid two weeks prior to the event.

Do you have a showroom?
Yes!  You are welcome to visit our showroom. Please call the office to make an appointment.
